AMJ focuses on mineral mining, smelting, transshipments and sea transportation. The company currently holds five nickel mining concessions in Indonesia and actively implements global‑scale plans for mineral processing.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and update information in the HR information system.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including leave, insurance, and retirement plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing their payroll and HR‑related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve payroll and HR processes.
