Job summary

PT Asphalt Bangun Sarana is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to supervise and coordinate HR operations and development activities across the organization in Jakarta.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or industrial engineering, at least 5 years in HR with supervisory responsibilities, and strong English communication. You will drive talent development, performance management, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including leadership responsibilities in supervisory role.
• Strong experience in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Performance Management.
• Experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and Group HR teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the execution of HR operations and people development activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, probation, contract administration, and offboarding.
• Manage employee records for compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Support organizational structure reviews, job evaluation, and workforce planning.
• Execute the Annual Training Plan and coordinate training programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Performance Management system implementation and annual evaluations.
• Support leadership with talent reviews, succession planning, and employee relations.
