Job summary

PT Nusakura Standarindo is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll administration, and employee benefits in Pekanbaru. You will organize training, handle industrial relations, and ensure compliant HR documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Psychology and at least 1 year of HR experience, with a valid SIM license. Join a company specializing in NDT and related services, contributing to asset management, procurement, GA operations, and QMS/HSE reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in payroll, HR administration, or employee benefits management (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll processes, and employee benefits management, with good analytical and data accuracy skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes, training, and overall HR administration.
• Understanding of asset management, inventory, and logistics distribution, with well-organized and structured data management skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and candidate administration).
• Organize and evaluate employee training and development programs.
• Handle industrial relations, employment agreements, and performance appraisal processes.
• Prepare payroll data, overtime records, and administer BPJS and Medical Check-Ups.
• Manage office assets and inventory, as well as logistics and shipment activities.
• Handle procurement processes (PR/SR) and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee general office operations (GA), including transportation, vehicles, and office needs.
• Perform HR administration and ensure proper documentation and correspondence.
• Ensure all work complies with Quality Management System (QMS) and HSE standards, and prepare periodic reports.
