Job summary

PT Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo (Head Office) seeks a seasoned Head of People Operations to lead HR Ops, Payroll & ComBen, and HR Admin. You’ll optimize HRIS, payroll, and Industrial Relations in a fast-paced Indonesian environment.

You will develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs, provide strategic HR counsel to management, and drive initiatives aligned with growth while ensuring compliance with Indonesian manpower regulations and readiness for OJK/ISO audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field.
• Min. 5 years in People Operations, HRGA, and/or Employee Relations.
• Proven experience in managing subordinates.
• Strong experience in HRIS and payroll management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Experience with OJK and/or ISO audits and compliance is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with management.
• Active English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the People Operations team (HR Ops, Payroll & ComBen, and HR Admin).
• Oversee HRIS, payroll, Industrial Relations, HR Administration.
• Manage employee relations and Industrial Relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Coordinate and prepare for OJK and ISO audits if needed.
• Develop and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to management.
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business growth and organizational objectives.
