Wabisabi Cosmetics in Palembang is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to manage employee data, time and attendance, position management and exit processing under supervision, delivering accurate HR transactions and compliant records.

You will collaborate with HR partners, vendors, and technology teams to ensure timely service delivery, data integrity, and process improvements that scale with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in service areas such as benefits, payroll, time, and attendance, leave management, worker's compensation and employee health and safety.
• Minimum 2-3 years of directly related work experience.
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Responsabilités

• Delivers HR operations services for assigned populations, including employee data administration, time and attendance, position management, performance and metrics tracking, and exit processing.
• Applies employment law, data privacy and internal policy requirements to routine HR processes; maintains required documentation and communicates actions to employees and managers.
• Supports the implementation and execution of HR operations standards, SOPs and control checklists for audit readiness.
• Manages data consistency across HR systems; reconciles data and escalates discrepancies to support payroll, reporting and compliance.
• Collects and analyzes HR operations data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities and supports automation and standardization initiatives.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather service information and align HR operations with business needs.
• Coordinates with vendors and technology teams; tracks deliverables and supports system implementations, upgrades and testing.
• Responds to HR inquiries by providing information and escalating nonroutine matters.
