Job summary

PT Apollo Fruit Indonesia is seeking a dedicated professional to support HR operations, legal administration and operational support in Tangerang. You will draft and review commercial and non-commercial agreements, manage HR records, onboarding, attendance, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Ideal candidates have a Law degree, familiarity with Indonesian labor and contract law, strong English communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law with focus on civil and contract law.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in legal admin, HR, contracts, or operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian labor, civil, and contract laws.
• Good written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain commercial and non-commercial agreements, SOPs, and company policies.
• Coordinate with agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders on contract revisions and approvals.
• Follow up on pending agreements to ensure timely completion.
• Manage mass recruitment and workforce fulfillment for daily workers.
• Handle daily HR administration, records, onboarding, attendance, and relations.
• Administer employee loans and cash advances with proper documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate transportation, boarding/accommodation, and related procurement.
• Follow up on vendor arrangements, quotations, and approvals.
• Maintain HR, legal, and operational records; provide updates to management.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities until completion.
• Willing to work onsite in Tangerang.
