Job summary

Terralink Talent Solutions is seeking a hands-on HR professional to support internal HR operations and client engagements in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. You will work with the Senior Talent Acquisition specialist to screen inbound applicants, maintain recruitment documentation, and support candidate coordination.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR generalist work, or employee/industrial relations.
• Hands-on experience preparing payroll and administering BPJS.
• Practical understanding of PKWT/PKWTT documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel administration.
• Ability to conduct initial candidate interviews and prepare clear assessment summaries.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and maintaining accurate trackers.
• Working English sufficient for written communication and basic professional conversations.
• Strong accuracy, confidentiality, responsiveness, and awareness of approval boundaries.
• Availability to follow the stated attendance arrangements and start promptly.

Responsibilities

• Advertise vacancies on LinkedIn, JobStreet, Glints, and other platforms.
• Screen inbound applications and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Prepare candidate summaries and anonymized client-facing CVs; manage recruitment trackers.
• Collect and validate attendance, leave, and employee changes; prepare payroll calculations.
• Prepare employment agreements and amendments; maintain contract expiry trackers.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for internal employees and client engagements.
• Document employee questions, grievances, and performance concerns; prepare recommendations.
• Assist with documentation for business licenses, certifications; monitor deadlines and reporting.
