Job summary

BOSNET Distribution Indonesia seeks a legal/HR administrator to draft and review commercial contracts, manage GMS/RUPS records, and file LKPM reports via OSS.

You will handle end-to-end onboarding, contract preparation, onboarding/offboarding processes, and support monthly payroll data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity across HR and legal operations.

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and knowledge of Indonesian labor standards are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law required.
• Minimum 1 year of combined HR and Legal admin experience.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor standards and OSS reporting.
• Experience with BPJS procedures and contract drafting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (NDAs, PKS) and file LKPM reports via OSS.
• Handle end-to-end employee onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding.
• Support monthly payroll data and process reimbursement claims using Accurate.
• Assist with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan terminations and admin.
