Job summary

PT Kalbio Global Medika is seeking an energetic 6-month HR internship in Cikarang. You will support end-to-end recruitment, posting vacancies, coordinating candidates, and onboarding.

You will assist with recruitment administration, posters, and candidate databases, and help organize training programs. You will also handle HR documentation, induction training, and contribute to social media content creation and employer branding campaigns.

Qualifications

• Active final-year student in Management, Human Capital, Psychology, or related fields not yet graduated.
• Creative and familiar with Canva and CapCut for creating visual and video content.
• Strong interest in Human Resources & Employer Branding.
• Experience with Oracle system is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, responsive, and well-organized, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for a 6-month internship and willing to WFO in Cikarang.
