Job summary

CV Muara Anugerah Perkasa is seeking an HRD professional to oversee workforce planning, employee data management, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations across store, warehouse, admin, and sales divisions in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia.

The role requires at least 1 year in HRD within retail/wholesale, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work independently under targets. You will liaise between employees and management and help implement SOPs and training programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3/S1 in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HRD experience (retail/wholesale preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software skills valued.
• Able to work independently and in teams under targets and pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, firm, disciplined, and highly initiative-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify workforce needs based on requests from each division (store, warehouse, admin, sales).
• Develop and publish job vacancy advertisements.
• Manage employee data (attendance, leave, permits, sick leave, warnings, promotions, and transfers).
• Prepare and update employment contracts, work agreements, and supporting employee documents.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle work discipline violations fairly and according to procedures.
• Act as liaison between employees and management for employment-related issues.
• Provide orientation and basic training to new employees (SOP, work culture, customer service).
• Provide recommendations to management regarding HR development needs.
