STEDI Talent Solution is seeking an HR (Assistant) Manager to build an HR team from the ground up and shape the department's SOPs, KPI framework, and company vision. You will partner with operations to elevate store performance and ensure HR processes are consistently applied across all locations.

The role requires a decade of HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of labor laws, and proven HR strategy execution, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and report

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Adaptable, multitask, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Willing to work in PIK area.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a probation period of 6 months. The successful candidate will be expected to work from office located in PIK 1 area and will be reporting directly to owners

Main Task:

As an HR (Assistant) Manager, your main task will be to build a proper HR team from scratch. You will be responsible for creating standard operating procedures (SOP), key performance indicators (KPI), and company vision for the HR department. Additionally, you will work closely with the operation team to improve store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure company policies and HR practices are consistently implemented across all store locations.
• Create and maintain employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with the operation team to identify and address HR-related issues that may affect store operations
• Conduct regular training and development programs for employees in all stores
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Prepare and present HR reports to management
