Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool and other areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping management to manage daily activities and with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry as needed.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety, security policies; maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
