Job summary

Pullman Jakarta Central Park is operated by Accor and seeks a Room Attendant to uphold high cleanliness and guest service standards on-site in West Jakarta. The role covers daily housekeeping tasks, guest interaction, and maintaining safety and hygiene throughout all areas.

The position emphasizes polite guest handling, attention to privacy, and collaboration with housekeeping to ensure VIP guests receive excellent service. Indonesian and English language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate in Accommodation or Diploma in Hospitality.
• At least 1 year experience in the position.
• Languages: Fluent in the national language and English.

Responsibilities

• Remains polite and courteous at all times whatever customers may request.
• Respect guest’s privacy while working (for example, by respecting the “Do not disturb” sign).
• Takes guest’s behavior patterns into consideration.
• Explains and up sell hotel product to guest in polite manner.
