Responsibilities

• Mengawasi dan mengoordinasikan operasi housekeeping harian.
• Memastikan kamar tamu, kamar mandi, dan area umum bersih, rapi, dan terawat.
• Memantau kinerja staf housekeeping dan memastikan tugas selesai sesuai standar.
• Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk menjaga kebersihan dan kualitas.
• Menjaga persediaan perlengkapan, linen, dan fasilitas.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Arpana Villas & Private Estate is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of the property meet established standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to solve problems effectively while working with the team.

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Monitor housekeeping staff performance and ensure tasks are completed according to established standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities are adequately stocked.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged facilities, and other operational concerns to the relevant team.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth property operations.
• Handle housekeeping-related concerns and resolve problems efficiently.
• Ensure housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and operational needs.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or villa.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
