Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in housekeeping or related area.
• OR a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages housekeeping operations and budgets; ensures OSHA regulations are up to date.
• Oversees lost and found procedures and room readiness for check-outs.
• Maintains stock inventories and communicates room status to Front Desk promptly.
• Collaborates with Engineering on maintenance needs and enforces loss prevention policies.
• Supervises inspections of guestrooms and public spaces, ensuring quality control.
