Job summary

The Hyatt Regency Guam is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead all cleanliness functions across guest rooms, public areas and back of house spaces. The role requires strategic alignment with Hyatt's brand standards and strong people leadership.

Ideal candidates will hold a hospitality degree and have at least two years in a housekeeping leadership role within a larger operation, with solid problem solving and administrative capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
