Qualifications

This role is designed for hands‑on hospitality professionals who are ready to take the next step toward a General Manager role. You will be involved in daily hotel operations, guest experience, team supervision, service standards, and operational performance across assigned properties or business units.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being directly involved in the operation, can lead the team on‑site, and is eager to grow into a bigger leadership role within a dynamic hospitality group.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations, front office, guest relations, or property operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory or managerial‑level roles.
• Experience as Assistant Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, Duty Manager, Guest Service Manager, or similar role will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of daily hotel operations, guest experience, service standards, and team supervision.
• Hands‑on leadership style with strong execution mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable, responsible, and able to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Good problem‑solving skills and able to make practical decisions on‑site.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Comfortable working with targets, operational reporting, and performance improvement.
• Willing to be developed into a future General Manager role.
• Willing to be assigned or rotated to different properties based on company needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or property operations.
• Familiar with Front Office workflow, occupancy‑driven business, and guest handling.
• Experience managing on‑site operational teams.
• Strong service mindset with good business awareness.
• Able to communicate in English will be an advantage.
