Job summary

Qualifications

• Training or certification in hospitality, management, or tourism.
• Minimum 4 years work experience in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in hotel operations such as front office or housekeeping is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead teams and manage employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of guest service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
• Proficiency in Indonesian language.
• Ability to communicate in English (minimum passive, active preferred).
• Professional appearance, neat and courteous.
• Honest, responsible, and possessing high integrity.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Housekeeping and Front Office staff operations.
• Groom and enforce appearance standards of staff per SOPs.
• Discipline staff regarding attendance and punctuality.
• Train employees to implement SOPs.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
• Ensure rooms are ready for sale with needed amenities.
• Review Night Audit reports and report findings.
• Maintain hotel assets and prevent losses.
• Coordinate with HRD on HR issues.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on out-of-order rooms and repairs.
• Willing to be placed at all DENZ Hotels locations.
