Job summary

Paramadina is seeking a proactive outreach coordinator to engage Indonesian hotels, research key contacts, and maintain organized data for market expansion. You will assist in scheduling meetings and supporting contract submissions while developing skills in hotel distribution channels and OTA operations.

The role emphasizes effective communication, meticulous record-keeping, and collaboration with Market Managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with professional English for internal reporting.
• Excellent phone, email, and messaging communication.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound calls, emails, and messaging to hotels across Indonesia to introduce the platform and establish initial contact with hotel representatives.
• Research and verify key hotel contacts (Directors of Sales, Revenue Managers, General Managers) and gather operational info.
• Maintain and update hotel contact details, outreach progress, and notes in the master tracking spreadsheet.
• Assist in scheduling follow-up contracting meetings between qualified hotel contacts and Market Managers.
• Follow up with hotel partners on submission of contracts, rate sheets, and documentation.
• Support hotel market mapping, contact enrichment, progress tracking, and other ad hoc market expansion tasks.
