Job summary

Surfside Bali is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to ensure seamless handover from construction to operations on a luxury property in Bali. You will oversee all building systems, including HVAC, water, plumbing, electrical, and pools, and lead the engineering team.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong reading of technical drawings (MEP), and good English. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure uptime and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role at a hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with pools and water systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings (MEP).
• Hands-on, proactive problem-solver with good English.

Responsibilities

• Handover from construction to operations.
