Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT management experience in hospitality or multi-property environments.
• Experience with PMS, POS, and call accounting systems.
• Knowledge of IT security, networks, backups, and recovery.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, LAN/WAN networks, and network security.
• Experience with cloud systems, virtualization, and database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and vendor management abilities.
• Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ability to lead IT teams across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems across two properties, ensuring security and alignment with IHG standards.
• Install, maintain, and optimize hotel technology infrastructure for uptime.
• Manage system configuration, performance, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Document IT infrastructure and report on progress and issues monthly.
• Establish and test disaster recovery procedures with regular backups.
• Administer user IDs and access permissions across properties.
