Life Hospitality Hotel Group in Sidoarjo, East Java, is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to join our team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the highest cleanliness and presentation standards to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the hotel’s reputation.

You will clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors, change linens, and restock amenities daily while reporting maintenance issues and coordinating with colleagues to ensure smooth room turnover.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in housekeeping within hotel/resort settings.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Physical ability for demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing).
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible including weekends/holidays.
• Good communication and courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors to hotel standards.
• Change linens, replenish towels and amenities daily.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report damages.
• Maintain neat appearance of common areas (lobbies, corridors).
• Handle waste and dispose of recyclables per guidelines.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Respond to guest requests and special cleaning needs.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely turnover.
• Respect guest privacy at all times.
