Job summary

ARYADUTA Hotel Group in Makassar seeks a seasoned General Manager to direct the hotel’s operations, strategy and guest experience. You should have 10+ years of progressive hotel management, including 3–5 years as a General Manager in an international branded property, with strong P&L and revenue leadership.

You will lead a diverse team, implement brand standards, manage budgets, drive service excellence, and coordinate with Head Office to achieve profitability and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel management experience.
• 3–5 years in a General Manager role at an international branded hotel.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall hotel operations to maximize performance and ROI.
• Leads strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Oversees guest experience and service standards to ensure satisfaction.
• Mentors leadership teams and develops staff through training.
• Ensures compliance with governance, health, safety and brand standards.
• Collaborates with Head Office on strategic initiatives and reporting.
