Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Cikarang is seeking a strategic Hotel Manager to lead property operations, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Engineering, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role reports to the Executive Committee and requires strong financial acumen, team leadership, and a track record in hotel management, preferably with pre-opening or conversion experience in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Indonesian hotel management experience is preferred.
• Pre-opening or conversion experience in Indonesia is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to meet guest satisfaction and financial targets.
• Lead budgeting, revenue management and capital planning to align with brand standards.
• Develop and implement property-wide strategies in collaboration with the Executive Committee.
