Job summary

Dijiwa Sanctuaries in Mathis Retreat Ubud seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance and ensure all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems run smoothly for a luxury guest experience.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with other departments, and uphold Indonesian hospitality standards by delivering safe, reliable operations and attention to detail across the property.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility engineering, preferably in hospitality or luxury retail.
• Proficient in English; Indonesian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate facility maintenance across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
