Job summary

The Royal Beach Seminyak Resort Bali, Autograph Collection is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee all engineering and maintenance operations. The role focuses on safeguarding the building, grounds and assets while managing budgets and capital projects.

You will lead energy conservation, safety compliance and an on-site emergency response team. Ideal candidates have a background in HVAC-R, electrical and plumbing, with 4 years of relevant experience or a 2-year degree plus experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in engineering/maintenance or related area; HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.
• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics; 2 years experience; HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing training.

Responsibilities

• Manages engineering budgets and cost controls.
• Oversees maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with safety and life safety systems.
• Leads emergency response for facility issues.
• Manages preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinates capital expenditure projects and vendor services.
