Job summary

OMMA Day Club in Bali is seeking a proactive Host Supervisor to lead the Host/Hostess team during daily operations, ensuring smooth guest flow and a warm, professional welcome.

The role includes managing reservations, seating and table allocation, monitoring guest satisfaction, coordinating with restaurant, service, kitchen and bar, briefing staff, and enforcing grooming and SOPs to maintain service standards.

• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and table allocation efficiently
• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly manner
• Ensure smooth guest flow and minimize waiting time during peak hours
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints or special requests professionally
• Coordinate with Restaurant, Service, Kitchen, Bar, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and monitor daily reservations, VIP guests, special occasions, and guest preferences
• Ensure the Host/Hostess team follows grooming, service standards, and company SOPs
• Conduct daily briefing and assign duties based on operational needs
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, performance, and discipline of the Host/Hostess team
