Job summary

PT Interbat seeks a dynamic live shopping host to promote mom-baby and wellness products on TikTok and Shopee. You will engage audiences, demonstrate products, and drive revenue by meeting monthly targets.

You will collaborate with KOLs and present products with strong knowledge to persuade viewers. Willingness to be placed in Bekasi and adapt to shifting schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Experience hosting live sessions or on-camera presenting is preferred.
• Comfort talking in front of cameras and engaging audiences.
• Knowledge of mom-baby and wellness products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Host live shopping campaigns across TikTok & Shopee.
• Achieve monthly targets to drive revenue.
• Sell mom wellness & mom-baby products by leveraging product knowledge.
• Join and coordinate with KOLs for monthly collaboration sessions.

Job description

- Selling mother wellness & mom-baby products by encouraging existing & new customers through extensive product knowledges

- Joining KOL for monthly collaborative sessions

Requirements:

- High/vocational school graduates, bachelor's degree is a plus

- Persuasive person and has a passion in talking in front of cameras

- Sufficient knowledge in mom-baby & wellness products

- Prior experience as a host or in general/modern trade (SPG/SPB) is a plus

- Willing to be placed in Bekasi and shifting policy

- Attach product explanation video of mom & baby snacks product (min. 30 seconds of video, include hard and soft selling video)

Interbat was first founded in 1948 by the late Mr. Djoko Sukamto as the sole Indonesian distributor for European pharmaceuticals such as Crinos S.p.A, Zambon, Gentili S.p.A, and Cipan Pharmaceutical.

In 1959, Interbat obtained its own production permit and has since established ourselves as an independent pharmaceutical manufacturer.

In 1971, when Indonesia's Ministry of Public Health regulated a Good Manufacture Practices (GMP) standard for the first time, we immediately received recognition for using manucturing facilities that all conformed to this newly-formed standard.

On May of 1977, we moved all of our production activities to a new two-hectare factory complex in Sidoarjo, situated 15 km from Surabaya, East Java. Since then, Interbat had undergone three factory expansions and major upgrades to its manufacturing facilities, production equipments, quality control laboratories and other regulated facilities, all the while receiving 31 GMP certificates according to WHO standards.

This focus for improvement ensures that our products continue to meet strict local and international standards.
