Job summary

Nui Da Mano in Badung, Bali, is seeking a warm and welcoming Host for a full-time, on-site role at our beachfront property. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring guests feel genuinely welcomed from arrival.

As part of the team, you will greet guests, handle inquiries, assist with reservations, and maintain a tidy reception area while processing payments securely. Fluency in English is required, with Indonesian or Mandarin desirable.

About the role

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Host to join the team at Nui Da Mano in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our beautiful beachfront property. As Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience and ensuring they feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, resolving issues with patience and a solution-focused approach
• Assist with reservations, modifications and cancellations as needed
• Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback to support continuous improvement
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area at all times
• Handle payment processing and basic financial transactions securely and accurately

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, resort or similar setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage authentically with diverse guests from around the world
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, particularly with guest records and administrative tasks
• Proficiency in hospitality management systems and computer applications, or willingness to learn quickly
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin or other Asian languages are highly desirable
• Ability to remain calm, professional and courteous under pressure
