RedDoorz in Bali seeks a proactive Sales Representative to represent our hotel network on the ground and meet quotas through strategic sales and marketing activities. You will generate leads, plan daily activities, and engage with existing and potential clients via calls, webinars, and on-site visits.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, delivering direct sales, collecting feedback, and participating in local networking to grow RedDoorz properties across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales in hotel/hospitality sector.
• Bachelor degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management preferred.
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Good integrity and attitude.
• Target oriented.
• Good analytical thinking, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company’s products and services on the ground.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.
• Develop and implement territory action plan through strategic and effective direct sales and marketing approach via phone calls, webinars, live presentations, and potential on-site visits with new and existing clients.
• Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals.
• Attend local networking groups and opportunities to build relationships with clients.
