RedDoorz in Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead partnerships with hotel owners and other property operators. You will identify opportunities, craft proposals, and drive growth by expanding the network of partners across the region.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years' BD experience in the hospitality sector, and proven skills in canvassing, negotiation, and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Has experience in canvassing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop new relationships to grow business and expand.
• Build and acquire new sales leads and grow potential hotel and property owners.
• Engage client relationships.
• Keep abreast of local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets.
• Prepare sales materials such as proposals or contracts.
