Job summary

PT. Bobobox Mitra Indonesia is seeking an Operational Manager to ensure consistent, efficient execution across cabin properties. You will translate strategic goals into practical processes, drive guest satisfaction, and lead teams toward operational excellence.

Responsibilities include managing multiple hotels, developing KPIs, SOPs, and policy frameworks, and making data-driven decisions. Fluency in English and experience with PMS/HMS, POS, and Google Workspace are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university, preferably Hospitality
• Min. 3 years of experience in a hotel operations role
• Min. 3 years of experience managing multiple hotels as hotel manager or equivalent
• Fluent in English verbally and in writing
• Experience with PMS/HMS and POS software
• Experience with Google Workspace (G Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc)
• Strong in organizing, planning, and relationship management
• Familiar with KPIs and policy development
