You will drive training, manage budgets, and foster cross-department collaboration while maintaining Hyatt’s service excellence and corporate values. English fluency and a guest‑centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star international hotel.
• Prior luxury hotel experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.
• Excellent English communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building an efficient team by prioritising welfare, safety and development.
• Encourage associates to maintain good relationships across departments.
• Ensure punctual duty start, proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Train associates to develop necessary skills to perform duties productively.
• Supervise department staff to maintain standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to departmental budget and control costs.
• Comply with Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety policies.
• Respond to changes dictated by industry, company or hotel.
• Attend training sessions and participate in communications.
• Ensure rosters and timesheets are posted timely.
• Uphold Hyatt corporate strategy and values.
• Implement food safety programs and promote personal and environmental hygiene.
