Job summary

PT. Bobobox Mitra Indonesia is seeking a hospitality-focused helper to manage kitchen tasks at Bobocabin Kintamani, Bali. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, stock checks, expiry labeling, and serving food according to the standards of taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• Min. high school diploma; additional hospitality management education is advantageous.
• Min. 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Kintamani, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and ready before opening.
• Ensure food ingredients are available and in good condition.
• Check stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Identify and label products using expiry stickers.
• Store products according to proper temperature guidelines.
• Handle food items no longer fit for use responsibly.
• Perform kitchen inventory and related administrative tasks.
• Serve food according to standards of taste, appearance, and cleanliness.
