Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Kitchen Staff to join our Bobocabin Kintamani team in Bali. You will ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, manage stock, label products, and prepare foods to meet standards.

This role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year in F&B, strong service and communication skills, and willingness to be placed at Bobocabin Kintamani. Join a growing hospitality brand with health insurance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min. high school diploma, additional education/certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
• Min. 1 (one) year of working experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with guests and work collaboratively with other departments

Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and ready before opening
• Ensure food ingredients are available and in good condition
• Check stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Identify and label products using expiry stickers
• Store products according to proper temperature guidelines
• Handle food items no longer fit for use responsibly
• Perform kitchen inventory and related administrative tasks
• Serve food according to standards of taste, appearance, and cleanliness
