Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and monitor consolidated sales performance across hospital units.
• Drive revenue growth across hospital services and COEs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase patient volume.
• Build, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, insurers, government institutions, and other key partners.
• Review and manage commercial agreements, including corporate and insurance partnerships.
• Collaborate with Medical Services, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant functions to ensure readiness and alignment with market needs.
• Provide market insights and recommend new healthcare services, packages, or commercial initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team across hospital units while ensuring targets.
• Monitor sales budgets, pricing strategies, programs, and overall sales effectiveness.
• Evaluate sales performance using data and market insights to continuously improve strategies.
