Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in any major.
• Background in procurement, inventory management or administrative support preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the procurement and distribution activities of goods within the hospital to ensure timely delivery and compliance with service standards.
• Look for suppliers for equipment/goods/services and evaluate presentations/demos to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to optimize procurement costs for the hospital.
• Carry out pre-order processes for routine and non-routine goods, create POs, and send to suppliers.
• Place orders by telephone or outside the hospital environment when needed to facilitate requests.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of administrative data including goods receipts and price revisions.
• Follow up with suppliers on delayed deliveries to prevent service gaps.
• Collect data and prepare reports related to procurement operations for supervisors.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures, and participate in training to support hospital-wide targets.
