Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals (Siloam) is Indonesia’s progressive healthcare provider seeking a Procurement Officer to support its growth across the network.

You will manage procurement of medical equipment and supplies, source qualified vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure specifications, quality, pricing, and timely delivery to multiple facilities within the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in procurement, supply chain, business or related field.
• At least 1 year procurement experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and medical supplies.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of medical equipment, medical supplies, and consumables.
• Source and manage medical vendors/suppliers, including quotation and negotiation.
• Ensure product specifications, quality, pricing, and delivery meet operational requirements.

Job Description

• Available to join immediately or at short notice will be an advantage.
