Job summary

Siloam International Hospitals (Siloam) is seeking a Procurement and Inventory professional to oversee hospital supplies, manage procurement processes, and coordinate CAPEX purchases. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in a hospital or pharmacy setting, with willingness to be based in Ambon.

You will evaluate partnerships and contracts, analyze pricing data for medications and consumables, and build strong vendor relationships to meet management targets.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have experience in hospital/pharmacy industry.
• Willing to be placed in Ambon.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and control the use of supplies in the hospital.
• Coordinate with the Central Office on CAPEX purchases and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and evaluate partnerships and service contracts.
• Collect and analyze data to determine pricing for medications, consumables, and general supplies.
• Propose and develop initiatives to meet the hospital's management targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and internal departments.
• Ensure the selection of the best vendors outside those predetermined by the Head Office.
