Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a hands-on Facility Management & General Affairs Department Head for a prominent hospital enterprise in East Kalimantan. Based in Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara, you will direct facility operations, safety, and budget initiatives to ensure uninterrupted hospital services.

You will lead maintenance, MEP systems, fire safety, CCTV, and vendor management, while developing teams and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (S1) required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Facility Management, General Affairs, Engineering, or Safety.
• Mandatory Building Experience in High-Rise or High-Risk Environments; Hospital/Healthcare Facility preferred.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance routines, MEP systems, fire safety, B3 waste handling, and emergency preparedness.
• Strong CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, vendor oversight, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Willing to be based in Kalimantan Timur.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual departmental work plans, implement policies, and report performance metrics to the Division Head.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility maintenance, medical utilities, MEP, fire safety, CCTV, and B3 waste control.
• Prepare and review departmental budgets, monitor spending, and propose cost-saving improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintenance contractors for repairs, audits, and contract renewals.
• Oversee routine inspections, address infrastructure issues, procure equipment, and manage renovations.
• Lead staffing, conduct performance appraisals, and organize technical training for staff.
