Job summary

Tap Growth ai seeks a seasoned Facility Management & General Affairs Division Head to lead hospital facilities in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will oversee high-rise safety, building infrastructure, HVAC/MEP, and waste management, driving CAPEX/OPEX efficiency and vendor governance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering with 5–7 years of leadership in hospital/healthcare facilities, and are ready to base in Tangerang with a strong compliance mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in Facility Management or Engineering.
• Experience in High-Rise or Hospital/Healthcare facility environments preferred.
• Strong CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of safety, fire prevention, B3 waste management, and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Facility Management, General Affairs, Engineering, and Safety operations.
• Develop and monitor CAPEX/OPEX budgets for the division.
• Manage vendor contracts and third-party service providers.
• Lead and develop engineering and GA teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and accreditation.
