Job summary

PT Aneka Sarivita is seeking a Sales Executive based in Lampung to coordinate client agreements and drive growth through regular customer visits and market analysis. The role requires at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Horeca/UMKM sales, a strong target orientation, and willingness to be based in Lampung.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, specifically Horeca & UMKM sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with persistence, discipline, and responsibility.
• Highly target-oriented with a strong focus on sales goals.
• Willingness to be based in Lampung.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client agreements and schedule regular customer visits to ensure relationship management.
• Execute weekly sales plans and customer visits to market products, identify market needs, and monitor customer demand.
• Generate new sales opportunities and acquire new customers to drive sales volume growth.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive visit and sales performance reports for management review.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support special projects to achieve broader company targets and goals.
