• Certifications such as WAPERD and AAJI required or preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients in the Semarang region with high retention.
• Provide comprehensive wealth management advisory across investments, insurance, and treasury products.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets in line with the Consumer Banking Group's objectives.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews aligned with clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and market outlook.
• Collaborate with product specialists and support teams to deliver seamless financial services and solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal bank policies.
