Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking motivated Hiring Partners who specialize in sourcing and connecting top talent with outstanding career opportunities. This opportunity focuses on sourcing rather than full-cycle recruitment and offers access to exclusive roles across industries.

You will use LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals, and social media to identify qualified candidates, review CVs, and collaborate with delivery managers to align hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sourcing.
• Ability to review candidate profiles and submit qualified CVs.
• Familiar with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn,Boolean Search and portals.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior and executive roles.
• Review candidate profiles and submit Qualified CVs that meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals, and social media.
• Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools.
• Develop recruitment expertise through our training series.

• Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools
• Continuously develop your recruitment expertise through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
