Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and recruitment, agency, in-house, or independent.
• Ability to identify top talent and match to client needs.
• Comfort with researching and engaging passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for low, mid, senior, and executive roles.
• Review candidate profiles and submit qualified CVs meeting requirements.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Boolean Search, job portals and social media for searches.
• Maintain candidate tracking using company tools.
• Develop recruitment expertise through training series.

• Maintain candidate tracking using company-recommended tools
• Continuously develop your recruitment expertise through our 101 Recruitment Hacks training series
