Job summary

Japfa is seeking a hands-on Farm Worker to support daily Parent Stock farm activities in Indonesia. You will follow work instructions and SOPs, perform feeding, egg collection, cleaning, and flock care, and report conditions to your supervisor.

You will maintain biosecurity, welfare, safety and hygiene compliance; keep facilities and equipment clean; record daily data accurately; and assist the team to ensure smooth farm operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions and SOPs for daily Parent Stock farm activities.
• Perform routine tasks such as feeding, egg collection, cleaning, and flock care.
• Observe and report flock conditions, mortality, and abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain biosecurity, animal welfare, safety and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Keep facilities, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Record daily operational data accurately as instructed.
• Support team activities to ensure smooth farm operations.
