Job summary

Tavolo Group Bali is seeking an experienced beverage operations professional to lead our beverage/bar team in Bali. The role emphasizes non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, coffee, juices, smoothies, and healthy drinks, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to train and motivate staff, and a passion for healthy beverage concepts. English preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beverage or bar operations, preferably in a hospitality or F&B environment.
• Experience in supervising or leading a beverage/bar team.
• Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and healthy drinks.
• Familiar with beverage preparation, presentation, recipes, and quality standards.
• Able to manage beverage stock, inventory, ordering, and wastage control.
• Able to maintain consistency, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in beverage operations.
• Experience in developing or improving healthy beverage menus is a plus.
• Able to train, supervise and motivate the beverage team.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about healthy food and beverage concepts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English is preferred.
