Job summary

RS Sedayu General Hospital in Bantul, Yogyakarta, seeks a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance team, oversee all accounting functions, and provide strategic financial insights to support senior management.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, GL, month-end close, prepare financial statements, and implement internal controls while ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (such as CA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in healthcare
• Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and financial accounting standards
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data
• Proven leadership and team development能力
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Strong communication to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Knowledge of healthcare financial regulations and hospital accounting practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial accounting operations including payables, receivables, GL, and month-end close
• Prepare accurate financial statements: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team with policy adherence
• Develop and implement internal controls and audits to safeguard assets
• Manage general ledger and ensure accurate transaction recording
• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting for management
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit
• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and standards
• Prepare budgets and financial reports for senior management and board
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
