Zusammenfassung

Peoplyee is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment Supervisor for our Jakarta operations. You will lead HSE programs, perform safety inspections, and drive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

You will ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance, coordinate emergency drills, manage regulatory permits, and promote a strong safety culture across the plant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and OSH certification are required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices and ISO standards.

Aufgaben

• Inspect PPE and safety equipment monthly.
• Lead emergency drills and workplace safety meetings.
• Investigate accidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage environmental permits and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and improve HSE systems and policies.
• Ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance across the plant.

Jobs Description

• Inspect personal protective equipment and occupational safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and first aid kits, every month.
• Organize and lead regular emergency response drills to maintain workplace preparedness.
• Investigate workplace accidents, prepare reports, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage permits and licenses related to environmental regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and continuously improve the factory's health, safety, and environment systems.
• Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management System.
• Conduct regular safety patrols to identify hazards and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Lead regular safety meetings to raise awareness and address occupational health and safety concerns.
• Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Promote a strong safety mindset and culture throughout the organization.
• Monitor compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
• Establish and implement the Occupational Health and Safety Advisory Committee system.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Possess a General Occupational Health and Safety certification.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and International Automotive Task Force standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
