Phintraco Consulting (PhinCon) is seeking an IT Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to help craft BRD and FSD, and to liaise with external users. The role involves ensuring alignment between development outputs and requirements, and creating flowcharts and UI designs as part of documentation.

The candidate should be fluent in Indonesian and English, and interested in health information systems. You will work closely with the Head of Product and product team.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of experience in related fields.
• Proficient in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Experienced in creating BRD & FSD.
• Familiar with Flowcharts, Flow maps, Process Diagrams, ERDs, and UI Designs.
• Experienced in communicating with external users.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
• Interested in health information systems.
• Gather information on functional requirements directly from external users.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Head of Product / Product Manager in creating BRD and FSD per standards.
• Represent the product team to explain plans and progress to stakeholders.
• Review applications to ensure alignment between output and BRD/FSD.
• Gather functional requirements directly from external users.
